Six violations of the cease-fire regime were recorded in the area of the Joint Forces operation on New Year's night. This is reported by the headquarters of the OOS.
So, on December 31, near the settlement of Starognatovka, armed formations of the Russian Federation opened fire on Ukrainian positions from hand-held anti-tank grenade launchers and small arms, and near Shirokino - from 82-caliber mortars and hand-held anti-tank grenade launchers. In the area of the settlement of Vodianoe on the Azov region, the Russian occupation troops opened fire from 120-caliber mortars, and near Talakovka - from underbarrel grenade launchers.
In addition, on January 1, not far from Avdeevka, armed formations of the Russian Federation opened fire three times in the direction of Ukrainian positions from 82-caliber mortars, grenade launchers of various systems, and small arms. In the same direction, in the area of Vodianoe settlement in the Azov Region, the enemy opened fire with hand-held anti-tank grenade launchers and small arms.
Near the settlement of Zolotoe-4, the enemy fired at our positions from grenade launchers of various systems and a large-caliber machine gun, and near Novoluganskogo - from small arms.
"Ukrainian defenders provided an adequate response to enemy fire. There are no combat casualties and no wounded among the personnel of the United Forces," the headquarters noted.
