The French police detained a group of minors for the beating of a 15-year-old Ukrainian, Yury Simkanych, in the center of Paris.

According to journalists, the arrests took place near Paris, in the city of Vannes. Nine teenagers are suspected of conspiracy to commit attempted murder and robbery with violence. At the moment, all the detainees are in custody.
As a reminder, on January 15, a teenager of Ukrainian origin Yury Simkanych was brutally beaten by a group of armed schoolchildren. The incident happened near the Eiffel Tower. The victim is still in serious condition.
The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky reacted to this incident. He demanded to find and punish the guilty.
