Yesterday, November 15, the second round of mayoral elections was held in seven Ukrainian cities. ElitExpert found out how the city elections were held.

On November 15, the Technical Committee appointed the second round in five regional centers, one district center and one city of district significance.

Odessa. Gennady Trukhanov (Trust business, 37,54%); Nikolay Skoryk (Opposition Platform — For Life, 19,06%).

Lutsk. Igor Polishchuk (For the future, scored 32,47% in the first round); Bohdan Shiba (self-nominated, 13,14%).

Sumy. Oleksandr Lysenko (Batkiv region, 44,20%); Vadim Akperov (European solidarity, 14,71%).

Kherson. Igor Kolykhaev (We live here, 30,75%); Vladimir Saldo (Block of Vladimir Saldo, 17,09%).

Kramatorsk. Alexander Honcharenko (self-nominated, 48,61%); Andrey Pankov (self-nominated, 37,75%).

Kamenetz-Podolsk, Khmelnytskyi region. Vladimir Melnychenko (self-nominated, 40,47%); Mikhail Posytko (VO Svoboda, 35,46%).

Ukrainian, Kyiv region. Oksana Kyrylyuk (Servant of the People, 17,40%); Alexander Turenko (European solidarity, 17,40%). In this city (population 16 thousand), the leaders of the first round scored exactly the same number of votes in the first round — 1233 each.

As for the turnout, the Central Election Commission announced the following figures:

The highest turnout of 34,29% was in the city Kamenetz-Podolsk Khmelnytskyi region.

In the Kyiv region, where the city mayor was elected Ukrainian, the turnout was 31,46%.

Odessa - 25,14%.

Election of the mayor Kramatorsk visited by 23,14% of voters.

Immediately after the polls closed, exit polls began to publish preliminary election results.

According to the exit poll of OO NTZH, Igor Kolykhaev wins in the second round of the mayoral elections Kherson with 67,03% of voters' votes.

В Kamenets-Podolsk Mikhail Posytko wins, he received 62,2% of the votes - data from the exit polls of the research company Y.S.S. According to the exit poll, the current mayor Of Odessa Gennady Trukhanov received 56,7% of the votes.

В Lutsk During the second round of elections for the city chairman, the current mayor Mykola Romanyuk ("Solidarity Party") received 56,5% of the votes. This is evidenced by the data of an independent exit poll conducted by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology.

Exit polls were not held in other cities.

We remind you that a second round of voting is appointed if in the first round none of the candidates for the post of head of the city territorial community received more than 50% of the votes of voters in a settlement with a population of more than 75 people. In smaller settlements, a second round is possible in case of an equal number of votes cast for the leaders.

Legislation allows three dates for the second round: November 15, 22 or 29. The results of the vote must be established no later than on the fifth day after the re-voting.
