Vasyl Vyrastyuk, a candidate from the "Servant of the People" party, won the by-elections to the Verkhovna Rada in the 87th district in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. This was reported by the press service of the Central Election Commission.
31,25% of voters (15 people) voted for Vyrastyuk.
The candidate from the party "For the Future" Alexander Shevchenko won 29,69% of the votes, Ruslan Koshulinsky from "Svobody" - 28,86%.
Vyrastyuk, the holder of the title "The Strongest Man in the World" in 2004, a multiple world champion in power all-around, is the Honorary President of the Federation of Strongmen of Ukraine, films as an actor.

Let us remind you that according to the parallel vote count in the night after the elections, Shevchenko won by a difference of about 190 votes. But the "servants" managed to count the votes in 6 precincts where Shevchenko won, and there were allegedly fewer votes for him than was initially indicated in the protocols.

It is also reported that the vote was declared invalid at five precincts, in particular, at No. 260028, No. 260025, No. 261030, No. 261027, and No. 260515. The Electoral Commission corrected the results of the voting taking into account these data and, thus, Vyrastyuk came out on top.

Meanwhile, Shevchenko believes that the district election commission, acting at the behest of the authorities and under the cover of the security forces by recounting, falsified the will of the people and stole his victory in the by-elections.

"We received a video showing that 260025 votes for Aleksandr Shevchenko are clearly visible and documented by members of the UIC at precinct #150 in Manyava. These ballots were deposited by the members of the UEC in the District Commission, where they were left unattended and without proper security for five days. And when counting, we already see that there are only 105 ballots left. So, 45 ballots for Alexander Shevchenko were protected in the OIK premises, - the candidate wrote. — Our team is preparing an appeal against the decision of the CEC. The struggle continues. There are still two dozen sections ahead."
