On January 29, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, held a party in honor of his birthday. The guests gathered for the celebration in the Kyiv apartment of the co-owner of the studio "Kvartal-95" and business partner of Igor Kolomoisky, Timur Myndych.

Journalists insisted on the fact that the holiday was held in violation of quarantine restrictions: about 30 guests came to congratulate the president, and none of them wore a protective mask.
And in accordance with the list of quarantine restrictions of the Cabinet of Ministers, which are valid from January 25 to February 28, it is prohibited to hold mass events "in which more than 20 people take part and the social distance of 1,5 meters is not observed."
According to journalists, the party itself took place in an apartment with a terrace, which, according to the register of real estate rights, belongs to the co-owner of the studio "Kvartal-95", a close friend and business partner of Igor Kolomoisky, Timur Myndych.
Among the guests of the holiday, journalists recorded many prominent representatives of the authorities. In particular, the first assistant to the president Sergey Shefir, the head of the Office of the President Andrey Yermak, his deputy Kirill Tymoshenko. And, probably, the Minister of Development of Communities and Territories Alexey Chernyshev.
Evgeny Koshevoy, Alexander Pykalov, Elena Kravets, Myka Fatalov, Valery Zhidkov, Stepan Kazanin, Artem Gagarin, director of "Servants of the People" Alexei Kiryushchenko were also seen at the celebration.
According to journalists, the celebration lasted for about 8 hours.
"Schemy" turned to the press service of the president with a request for a comment. In the request, the journalists were interested in why Zelensky considers it acceptable to organize a party for several dozen guests without protective masks in the midst of quarantine, and what example he sets for other citizens.
The journalists also asked under what conditions Timur Myndych provided the apartment for the celebration, and whether the president sees any risks in friendship with the friend and business partner of the oligarch.
The Office of the President did not receive a response at the time of publication of the Scheme.
