In Ukraine, since the beginning of the vaccine campaign, 17 million COVID-vaccinations have already been administered. This was reported by the Ministry of Health on Friday, October 29.
"Over the entire period of the vaccination campaign, more than 17 million vaccinations were given! Since the beginning of the vaccination campaign, 9 people have been vaccinated, of which 790 people received one dose, and 280 people were fully immunized and received two doses (of which two people received one dose abroad). A total of 9 vaccinations were carried out," the message said.
The day before, 289 vaccinations were made in the country: 241 people received the first dose of the vaccine, 214 people received the second dose.
Let us remind you that there are almost 27 thousand new cases of COVID in Ukraine. More than 5 thousand people were hospitalized. Almost 650 patients died of the coronavirus in one day.
It was also reported that the Delta strain in Ukraine accounts for 100% of the analyses. In the case of an atypical or severe course of the disease, an analysis is conducted to find out which strain the patient is suffering from. Recently, it has always been the Delta strain.
