Since December 19, quarantine restrictions have entered into force in Ukraine, regarding the work of catering establishments, holding mass events in educational institutions and church premises. This is reported by the press service Cabinet of Ministers.
The new restrictions prohibit:
- Conducting mass events in educational institutions with the participation of children from more than one group/class and in the presence of visitors.
- Holding of public events in entertainment establishments and public catering establishments.
- Reception of visitors in museums, exhibitions, galleries, etc., if there is more than one person per 10 square meters in the halls. meters.
- Public catering establishments are open from 23:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (except for delivery and takeout orders). Settlement operations stop after 22:00. On the night from 31.12 to 01.01, the work of restaurants and cafes will be allowed until 01:00.
- Religious events: indoors, subject to the presence of more than one person per 5 square meters. meters; in the open air, provided that the distance of 1,5 meters between those present is not observed.
Also, the Cabinet of Ministers noted that a number of prohibitions that previously operated in the "orange zone" are still in place.
In addition, the government introduced an enhanced quarantine from January 8 to January 24, 2021.
In particular, it will be prohibited to visit educational institutions, except for pre-school education and special institutions; operation of cafes, bars, restaurants (except delivery and take-out orders); operation of shopping malls, entertainment establishments, beauty salons, fitness halls, swimming pools, cinemas, exhibitions; trade in non-food products, operation of non-food markets, Christmas fairs.
