The ambassadors of the GXNUMX countries in Ukraine arrived at the port of Odessa, from where the first ship with grain can leave today. This was announced by the Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Melinda Simmons.
Politicians emphasized the importance of the UN-brokered agreement, which allows the export of food from Ukraine.
"My fellow G7 ambassadors and I are in Odesa with Turkey to re-emphasize the importance of the UN-brokered agreement allowing food exports from Ukraine," Simmons wrote.
She also added that Russia should respect the agreement.
It will be recalled that earlier the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Oleksandr Kubrakov stated that the export of Ukrainian grain by sea may be stopped if something threatening happens in the Black Sea.
