Due to hundreds of launched Russian missiles, many Ukrainian cities are again without electricity and have interruptions in communication. This is a consequence of the destroyed energy infrastructure and disabled base stations.
This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov
In total, there are now communication difficulties in 9 areas:
38% of networks work in Odesa region, in Mykolaiv region — 67%, in Khmelnytskyi and Volyn — 69%, in Chernihiv region — 77%, in Kyiv region — 78%, in Zakarpattia — 79%, in Lviv region — 81%, in Vinnytsia — 82% .
"Energy companies, telecom companies and the Ministry of Digital Affairs team work 24/7 to restore communication as quickly as possible. For now, we advise you to use national roaming and connect to Wi-Fi," — Fedorov.
In just one day, thanks to the efforts of energy workers and mobile operators, 3 base stations were restored. So the residents of Kharkiv region and Zhytomyr region are in touch again.
