The municipal enterprise of the Kyiv City State Administration "Kyiv cultural cluster" purchased alcohol and popcorn for 900 hryvnias over the past six months.
The news appeared on the network about the purchase of KP "Kyiv Cultural Cluster" of elite alcohol for UAH 100. We decided to find out what this organization does and reviewed its purchases.
This utility company was founded at the beginning of 2023, as noted on site KMDA
Hanna Starostenko, deputy head of KMDA notes, that this utility company was created to provide a range of services to address the cultural needs of the population.
To get acquainted and understand in more detail what exactly is included in "providing a set of services to solve the cultural requests of the population" we reviewed broker KP "Kyiv Cultural Cluster" itself, but no description of their functions and services was found. Also, there is no information about the organization's management and employees on the utility company's website. On the network, we found only the first deputy director of the KP, Larisa Zubenko.
