The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia issued new "conditions" for the end of the war. For example, the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Mykhailo Galuzin stated that the "conflict" will be resolved if Ukraine refuses to join the EU and recognizes Russian as the state language. This was reported by the NEXTA Telegram channel.
"Settlement is possible only under the condition of cessation of hostilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the supply of Western weapons. In order to achieve a comprehensive, just and strong world, Ukraine must return to the neutral non-aligned status recorded in the declaration of its state sovereignty in 1990," Galuzin said.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed that Moscow was allegedly not against Ukraine's membership in the EU. The demands for "recognition of the Russian language as the state language" were not announced before.
