More than 220 political parties have not submitted their reports to the NAKC

Liability for failure to submit reports — fine from UAH 5 to UAH 100.

On March 26, 2024, the reporting of political parties for the years 2020–2023 was completed. Reports on property, income, expenses and obligations of a financial nature for four years were required to be submitted by parliamentary parties that receive state funding, and all other parties were required to submit reports for the IV quarter of 2023 (or in the case of choosing the annual option - report for 2023).

In total, political parties (central offices and regional branches) submitted almost 14 reports to the NACP. However, more than 300 parties did not report, the NAZK

Liability for failure to submit reports is provided for in Art. 212-21 of the Code of Ukraine on administrative offenses. Violation entails the imposition of a fine from 300 to 400 of the non-taxable minimum income of citizens, i.e. from 5 to 100 hryvnias.
