"Ukrainian Stonehenge" appeared in Kharkiv. The project is called "Scythian heritage" and cost 1,5 million UAH.
The structure consists of concrete blocks with a height of up to 2,4 meters, which were given the "effect of an ancient building" with the help of a special technology.
Runic symbols are carved on the blocks, and copies of Scythian stone women are installed in the center.
The authors of the project are convinced that "their work can become a tourist center of the city and attract up to half a million tourists per hour."
The facility is located in the Industrial District on a vacant lot behind residential buildings on Bybyka Street.
