Zelensky proposes to the People's Deputies to delay the cash registers for FOPov for an hour

The corresponding draft law was published on the website of the parliament

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a bill on the deferred payment of cash registers for small businesses.

The RRO proposes to postpone it until January 1, 2022, and then it must be applied to the second-fourth group of FOPs. It is also proposed:

— cancel fines for the non-compliance of cash funds at the place of settlement with the sum of funds specified in the daily report of the PRO and for the lack of preliminary programming of goods in the PRO,

— will extend for one hour (until January 1, 2022) the application of reduced amounts of financial sanctions for the violation by economic entities of certain requirements of the law on the use of PRO when carrying out settlement operations;

— the term "remote services" is introduced.

— In the project, it is proposed to provide for the non-application of PRO in the provision of remote services, for which payments are made exclusively with the help of remote banking systems and/or funds transfer services.
