The Ukrainian-Polish economic forum started in Odessa with the participation of two presidents — Volodymyr Zelenskyi and Andrzej Duda.
The Ukrainian president drew attention to the need to strengthen relations with the Republic of Poland, in which connections between the largest ports of the two countries: Odesa and Gdańsk should play a major role. At the moment, it is planned to sign relevant bilateral agreements.
Thus, Ukraine and Poland will jointly develop the Gdańsk — Black Sea transport corridor to increase trade volumes.
In addition, the President of Ukraine called on the Poles to invest in it more actively, he clarified that the volume of direct investments from Poland so far amounts to about 800 million hryvnias. Zelensky also guaranteed full support for large investment projects.
