Online land auctions are being launched in Ukraine. The corresponding law came into full force today.
From now on, public land auctions will be online only. Submission of documents, registration, participation can be done from anywhere.
The document states that information about the auction and lots will be posted immediately on the Internet. However, until the end of the auction, information about the participants is confidential. The organizers will not be able to abuse the rights of the participants.
According to the law, at least two people can bargain. Farmers will also be able to bargain: large plots will be divided into smaller ones.
The guarantee fee is 30% of the starting price. Bidding will take place in three rounds: one round — one bid increase. The minimum step is at least 1% of the starting price of the lot.
