One thousand hryvnias for vaccination against the COVID-19 coronavirus can still be received only through the Diya mobile application. In the pilot mode, "eSupport" will work from December 13.
As reported earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi said that every fully vaccinated Ukrainian will receive 1 hryvnias from the state through the Diya application.
For this initiative of the president, 11 billion hryvnias were allocated from the state budget - 8 billion from the 2021 budget and 3 billion from the 2022 budget.
As the Department of Economic Development of the Odessa City Council informed the ElitExpert agency, in order to receive the "covid XNUMX", a fully vaccinated Ukrainian must:
- Generate a vaccination certificate in the "Action" application (in case you only had a paper version until now).
- In the "Action" application on your smartphone, select the "eSupport" item.
- After an automatic check for the presence of a "green certificate" about vaccination and the age mark of 18 years, you need to select from the presented list the bank through which you want to receive payment.
- "Action" transfers you to the selected bank for generating a virtual card and returns you to the application. You can also generate such a card yourself in advance in one of the connected online banks.
- The money should go to the created card within 2 days.
- The virtual card must be added to the payment system of your smartphone, for example, to Apple Wallet for iPhone. Further, it can be calculated similarly to any card by applying it to the terminal. "Covid thousand" must be spent in 4 months, otherwise it will be returned to the state.
If desired, you can get a separate plastic card to receive "water thousand" - in one of the banks affiliated to the "eSupport" program. But to confirm this card, you will still have to go to Diya.
So far, the Ministry of Digital has not disclosed the names of the banks that will work with eSupport, but they say that these will be the most popular banks in terms of the number of users.
The cards will be free of charge, there will be no commission for their use.
"Covid thousand" will be possible spend in theaters, cinemas, museums, bookstores (both physical and online), on tickets to Ukrzaliznytsia and domestic flights. It will also be possible to use it buy concert tickets.
Money cannot be withdrawn in cash or transferred to another card.
To date, it will be possible to receive a covid thousand only through "Diya", that is, people without a smartphone or people who fundamentally do not use the application will not be able to receive money for vaccination.
