An incident occurred in the village of Priazovskoe, Zaporozhye region. A minor girl complained to the police about her father, who abused her because she sat on TikTok instead of doing her homework.
The daughter also wrote a statement to the police that her father beat her and threatened her. The law enforcement officers entered this into the protocol and the court was forced to consider the girl's appeal. The other day, the Priazovsky district court considered the case. During the court session, the accused said that he scolded his daughter because of her studies. He saw that instead of studying, she was "sitting" on the phone.
The accused's wife also appeared at the court. She said that she found out about the conflict between her husband and daughter after the fact, and the next day she took her daughter to a psychologist. According to the girl's mother, the parents have now restricted access to the Internet.
The court, having studied the case materials, did not see the man's actions as constituting an administrative offense and closed the case.
