In the fight for the client: how construction companies improve the housing stock of Tairov

Developers are driven by competition.

One of the largest in Odessa - the densely populated residential area of ​​Tairov - this is an actively developing area, on the territory of which there are both Soviet panel high-rise buildings and many modern residential complexes with beautiful facades and ennobled residential areas.

At the same time, it is possible to notice that the developers do not forget about other residents of the district and "lead the marafet" not only within their microdistrict, but also outside it.

This is due to the fact that when buying an apartment in a new building, residents of Odessa pay attention to many factors - not only the cost, the location of the object, the reliability of the developer, the characteristics of the house, but also, of course, the territory of the house. Recently, it is the last parameter that has become almost decisive when making a purchase decision.

For example, the Zhemchuzhyny residential complex from Kadorr Group on Tairov, well-known to Odessa residents, implemented a large-scale landscaping project, planted more than 10 trees, and built intra-quarter passageways.

The construction company Odecom Development, which is building the residential complex Tairovskie sady, is also engaged in landscaping - both its own and the nearby territory. In addition, the developer installed comfortable benches for all residents of Odessa. 

Representatives of the residential complex "Marshal City" (developer company OC "Ukraine"), along with other developers, care about the environment and plant green plantations: on the territory of their complex and in the neighborhood. The construction company also installed spot lighting.

The company INGRAD Development Group, the developer of the "Kaleidoscope" residential complex, is not far behind its colleagues, who are also concerned not only about the quality of the future house, but also about the surrounding territories. The company revitalized this area with new beautiful pedestrian paths paved with tiles, the plans include green plantings, comfortable benches and lighting for the convenience of the residents of the surrounding area.

These useful initiatives of various construction companies create maximum comfort on the territory of Tairov - even in new areas of development. Such rules are dictated by time — infrastructure plays a huge role in the popularity of a residential complex, and residents should not experience inconvenience and lack of socially significant facilities. Therefore, now, development companies are concerned not only with choosing a convenient place for construction, but also lay down premises for commercial real estate in the project of their residential complexes, where they will later attract business.

In addition, there are numerous supermarkets, pharmacies, "Epicentr" and "Metro" hypermarkets, a wholesale food market, a gas station, kindergartens and schools within walking distance of the above residential complexes on Tairov.

Based on this, it is worth noting that the developers of the Kyiv district are not only worried about their houses and money, but also about the entire district and the comfort of its residents.  

Of course, the minimum requirements are dictated by the law, but developers are spurred on by competition: any company that wants customers to buy apartments from them, and not from competitors, strives to carry out high-quality improvement, which, in the end, cannot but please us, potential buyers .
