Bail was paid for him.

Oleg Bryndak, the deputy mayor of Odesa, was released from pretrial detention.

A deposit of UAH 24 million was made for it. This was confirmed by SAP prosecutor Valentyn Musiyaka.

As a reminder, Oleg Bryndak is suspected of land fraud. Earlier, VAKS appointed him a preventive measure in the form of a bail of UAH 40 million. He contributed 1,5 of them, but then contested the deposit amount and it was reduced to 24 million.

Now the vice-mayor's lawyers have filed an appeal again, its consideration is scheduled for December 28.
