Hacker group Anonymous has officially declared a cyberwar against the Russian government. The organization published the corresponding application on its Twitter account.
"We plan to reveal what has been hidden for years. It's only a matter of time when we find the dirt that you're trying to hide from the society you're lying to. Not a single skeleton in the closet will remain untouched. Now we demand to restore the rights of the Ukrainian people and resign," the hacker group reported. This
Earlier, Anonymous hacked the website of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and leaked the database, which contained phone numbers, e-mail addresses and names of employees.
Anonymous is a decentralized group of activists and hacktivists whose goal is a free and accessible Internet. This group is known for organizing DDoS attacks, hacking government websites and payment systems.
