Family wars in Bessarabian: a well-known wine-making enterprise under threat of seizure

Нand in the south of the Odesa region, there is a demand for a raider capture of a large wine enterprise. The raiders act with particular cynicism and scale, trying to attract the mass media and law enforcement agencies to their side, according to the participants of the press conference held today, March 23, in the Odessa press center.

A large wine company "VYNHOL OKSAMITNE" faced a similar situation, which seemed unthinkable six months ago. One fine day, the head of the enterprise found out that she had been illegally removed from asset management, and this was done by the sons of her husband, Valery Antonovich Tintulov, the company's founder. "ElitExpert" understood the situation.

Since May 2007, for more than 13 years, Valery Tintulov has lived with his common-law wife Anna Nankova. In 2009, their joint son Arseny was born to the couple, and in the same year LLC "BTK-AGRO" was founded with the purpose of growing grapes for the production of LLC "VYNHOL OKSAMITNE".

As A. Nankova herself told, in 2010 she came out of maternity leave and took an active part in the development of the family business. She managed the production, was the chief technologist, and Valery Antonovych paid more attention to the cultivation of vineyards.

Also, together with her husband, Anna took part in updating the production equipment at the plant. In addition, she organized tours at the factory, held wine tastings, which significantly increased sales and increased the recognition of the wine brand on the market.

Since A. Nankova was a co-founder of the company, in 2018 the owner transferred the corporate rights to LLC "VYNHOL OKSAMITNOE" and LLC "BTK AGRO" to his common-law wife, and repeatedly, in the presence of employees, stated that Anna is a co-owner of the plant. According to Nankova, Tintulov dreamed of a winemaking family and that in the future their son would lead the company.

Valery Tintulov with his son Arseny

In November 2020, Valery Tintulov contracted a coronavirus infection and died suddenly. After that, the problems started.

The two eldest sons of V. Tintulov from the first marriage - Yuri and Konstantin, learned that their father's civil wife is the legal owner of corporate rights, and sharply changed their attitude towards her. At the same time, earlier they were not interested in the wine business, and their father did not involve them in production. Each of them was engaged in his own affairs: Yuri cultivated the land, and Konstantin managed a restaurant complex in Odessa, built by his father and also owned by VYNHOL OKSAMITNOE LLC.

At first, they forbade Nankova and their son Arseniy to attend the funeral, and later accused her of stealing wine and documents. And on December 24, 2020, Anna was not allowed to enter the territory of the plant.

All this was accompanied by moral pressure and physical threats against her and her son.

In turn, as noted by the company's lawyer Maria Bogatova, sons from the first marriage, contrary to the law, replaced the signatory of all registration actions with themselves in the register, and also limited A.Nankova's access to the company.

Because of this, fearing for her life and the life of her child, on March 17, 2021, she was forced to sell the plant and its property to her acquaintance - a person she trusts - Alexei Voloshin.

However, after the legal entities had a new owner, the territory of the plant in the village of Oksamytnoe was occupied by guards hired by the eldest sons of Tintulov. They did not allow the representatives of Anna and Alexei Voloshin to enter the territory of the factory, and when they approached the fence, they started shooting.

Because of this, the director had to call security, and only then did most of the outsiders leave the premises, taking with them seals, documents and computer equipment.

All this time, the first family of Valery Tintulov conducted an informational attack against Anna Nankova and the new owner of the company. The local media actively disseminated information that there had allegedly been a raider seizure of enterprises, officials of UkrVynprom and the regional administration were being misled, and criminal proceedings were being initiated against the legal owners.

In addition, as noted by lawyer Maria Bogatova, fictitious debts of the enterprise are created. In particular, without even waiting for the working day, on Sunday, March 21, 2021, LLC "VYNHOL Oksamitnoe" was registered in the register of debtors due to the fact that the company allegedly incurred debts to Tintulov's first wife - Tatyana Yakovlevna, and now she has the right to make arrests and seize the plant's property.

And on the morning of the next day, the registration records regarding Anna Nankova as the previous owner of legal entities and records that she sold her lot to Alexei Voloshin disappeared from the state register. With the fact that any cancellation of rights can be made only on the basis of a court decision.

In the near future, the company's lawyers intend to seek justice in court.

However, Anna Nankova herself hopes that it will be possible to resolve the conflict situation through negotiations and preserve the relationship between the brothers, as well as allow the wine enterprise to develop further.

"ElitExpert" will closely monitor the further development of events.
