Employees of the Security Service of Ukraine detained the head of one of the state-owned enterprises when he tried to bribe the head of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration. This was reported in the SBU press center.
According to the preliminary investigation, acting in the interests of outsiders, the official tried to convince the head of the region to change the target allocation of budget funds. Instead, he promised "gratitude" - 4,2 million hryvnias.

Criminal proceedings have been initiated under Part 3 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Offer, promise or provision of illegal benefits to an official). The issue of announcing the suspect to the detainee and selecting a measure of restraint is resolved.
