A member of the electoral commission, who waited in line for more than two days to submit the minutes of the city territorial electoral commission, died. The incident took place in TYKE on Kosovskaya, 2D.

A 48-year-old man had a heart attack and cardiac arrest. At 8:45 he was taken by ambulance to the Jewish Hospital. In addition to an acute heart attack, pulmonary edema was diagnosed. They tried to save the patient with the help of an artificial respiration device.
"Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is not effective. Biological death was recorded at 9:35 a.m.," the city hall noted.
