Odesa

A "Kiev landing party" of people's deputies, who did not even know the name of the mayor, arrived in the Odessa City Council

Today, people's deputy Artyom Dmytruk, who recently caused a fight in the city hall, arrived at the session of the Odessa city council. He came with a support group from Kyiv — three people's deputies: Nella Yakovleva, Lyubov Shpak and Olga Saladukhoi. All of them are members of the inter-factional association "Smart Policy" of Dmitry Razumkov. This was reported by the correspondent of ElitExpert.

The secretary of the city council, Igor Koval, turned to Artem Dmytruk and asked if they had come to Odessa on behalf of the parliament, or on their own initiative, because today the Verkhovna Rada is holding a meeting, where the deputies must be. To this, Dmytrouk replied that his work in the Rada is already visible, and also offered to write an official appeal on this issue.

Speaking from the podium, Dmytruk announced the illegal construction of the city and promised to keep under control the process of establishing the borders of the Yubileyny Park, as well as his intention to achieve through the court the dismantling of the nahalstroy at 35B Khimicheskoy Street.

Then the floor was taken by three other people's deputies, who came from Kyiv "to restore order in Odessa." They began to point out problems that, in their opinion, have not yet been solved by the city authorities. One of them is the settlement of residents on Khutorskaya, where a wall recently collapsed and a person died. People continue to live in dilapidated houses without proper communications.

They also expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that the Odessa City Hall still does not allow journalists into the city council building, which violates the law.

At the same time, the "Kiev landing party" openly "swam" in the Odessa theme; moreover, Olga Saladukha, addressing the mayor of Odessa, called him... Leonid Gennadyevich

As a result, the Odessa deputies did not have much trouble in the retaliatory match to "crush" the representatives of the Verkhovna Rada. In particular, the mayor of Odessa stated that their colleague Dmytruk misled everyone, and everything he said was a lie, but added that he was ready to cooperate with the people's deputies. And acting Oleg Bryndak, the deputy mayor of the city, in response voiced to the People's Deputies the problems of the city that require state regulation.

The first thing that Bryndak asked the parliamentarians to do was to return the reduced fare in electric transport, since now the free fare has to be compensated by the city budget.

After that, the official called on the People's Deputies to change the law on urban planning and return control over high-rise buildings to local councils (now permits are obtained in Kyiv) - then the problem of illegal construction in Odessa will disappear. Also, Bryndak asked to stop the "indefinite" draft decision on this topic, which is now being considered in the Verkhovna Rada.

"With its help, they try to remove even the town-planning conditions of cities. Do you understand what construction lobby flourishes in the Verkhovna Rada?" said the vice-mayor.

And deputy Oleg Etnarovich noted that now, instead of working on issues that city council deputies were working on and had to vote on at the session, they had to spend time on issues of people's deputies who were supposed to be present at work in committees.

Also, one more deputy, Aleksey Eryomitsa, couldn't stand it and asked: "What kind of chaos is going on in your parliament?"

"Well, I have people's deputies, or rather, the entire Verkhovna Rada uses obscene language. You ask very pointed questions, but the opposite ones arise: what did you do? - said Eremitsa.

According to Alexey Yeremytsa, "colossal corruption actions" are taking place in the city and in the country at the request of people's deputies of Ukraine.

"We are now considering the issue of the budget. You are aware that we cannot accept it, because we do not know what partial participation in city budgets within the framework of "Big Construction". What kind of chaos is happening in Kyiv?" Eremitsa added.

As a reminder, the 12th session of the Odessa City Council is taking place. Deputies must consider more than 50 questions.
