The construction company "Megaline" and its partners, which are already involved in the big scandal with the construction of "Unity Towers" in Arcadia, are now planning to start construction right on the Odessa beaches.

As reported by the online publication, according to sources, it became known that together with the German citizen Max Wegner, a company of fraudsters led by the Starovoitov clan (owners of Megalaina) and under the "roof" of the newly minted People's Deputy Alexei Leonov (former cook and junior partner of Starovoitov in the ego restaurant chain) captured one of Odessa's beaches, right on the French boulevard.
It is noteworthy that several years ago "Megaline" was already building a facility on the occupied plot in the neighborhood - "Royal Island".
Now we are talking about the plot at the address of Odessa, 1/5 French Boulevard, cadastral number - 5110137500:48:001:0010. This is the former boat station of the stadium - Dynamo, which was allegedly taken from the stadium for debts by the people of Kiev in early March. This was reported by the Odessa edition - The Duma in the material: "Big construction is coming."
Then the land was transferred to Varda Plus LLC, EGRPOU code 38479535. The authorized fund is only 1000 hryvnias. The city then commented that the company just wants to be on the beach and open a cafe by the sea.
But, suddenly, after several months, in a wonderful way, the purpose of the site was changed to construction - (Target purpose: 07.01 For construction and maintenance of recreational facilities).
It immediately became clear that someone is going to build on this plot and, as usual, they just want to deceive Odessa residents. Also, among the founders of Varda Plus LLC, a mysterious character appeared, a German citizen - one Max Wegner. This name will mean nothing to an ordinary person from Odessa, but after talking with knowledgeable people, we managed to learn a lot of interesting things.
Max Wegner is a Soviet emigrant who lives in Berlin. There, together with his partners, he owns the Autodoc company. The company is a large Internet platform for the sale of spare parts. I managed to find out on the Internet that there was a company in Germany recently accused of sponsoring Kremlin propaganda in Europe.
A few years ago, he arrived in Odessa and opened a branch of his company here - OOO "AVTODOK UKRAINE" (for some reason in August he left the company of the founders. In Odessa, he became friends with Dmitry Starovoytov (owner of "Megaline").
This couple can often be found at loud parties in Odessa in the club Ibiza or Park Residence and in other expensive establishments of the city.
Also, Wagner is the owner of a unique car fleet, which shocks Odessa residents with its luxury. Ego cars, from Bentley to collectible Lamborghinis (as in the photo below) with German license plates can often be found in the city center.

Knowing that Wegner has a huge financial fortune, Starovoitov convinced him that together they would be able to start developing the Odessa coast. The conditions are as follows: money from Wegner, construction processes from Starovoitov, connections, patronage from Odessa "watchers", as well as cover from his deputy "servant of the people" Alexei Leonov, whose election campaign was sponsored by Starovoitov.
As a result, in April, Wegner, Starovoitov and his assistants founded the company "OK SAINT BARS", which should in the future become the owner and service the objects on the coast that will be built.
For several months, Starovoitov has been sending out the project of the facility on the beach on French Boulevard to all contractors, with a request to calculate the financial component of the facility and begin work.
The facility is located next to the ugly tall candle "Royal Island", to which "Megaline" according to rumors, is also related, and occupies the entire beach, as well as the park next to it. There is no entrance to the object at all, so it is safe to say that the terrible dream of Odessa residents will become a reality - the highway of health will be an automobile travel zone, otherwise it will be impossible for adults to get to their homes, to the private beach.
By the way, according to the law, it is strictly prohibited to build in a 100-meter zone near the sea, but who cares when you have a European multimillionaire among the founders, and a whole people's deputy is covering up this matter, and even from the presidential party "Servant of the People"? Well, and, according to Starovoitov himself, he coordinated everything with the "top of the city" and now everything is in chocolate.

As shown in the visualization, the project consists of three blocks. Block A, a three-story building with a swimming pool on the roof, Block B - a 10-story residential building, Block C - ten 4-story private houses with access to a private beach. As they say in the city, a square meter in this project will be sold from 5000 u.e. Space prices on the Odessa market. Also, it is clearly visible in the photo that there is no access to the object at all, except for the descent from the Health Route.
According to our information, construction should begin in the near future, however, given the scandalous reputation of "Megalain", no contractor wants to get involved. The company is famous for the fact that it takes money from the customer, but does not perform the work and does not settle with subcontractors. Let us remind you that the Megaline company and the Starovoitov-Leonov group also managed to succeed in Arcadia. There, for the second hour, the scandal about the construction on a tiny plot instead of a kindergarten of three huge candles, which the notorious group plans to build, has not subsided.
Interesting fact - Alexey Leonov is going to fight for the mayor's seat in the next elections. He positions himself as a fighter for Odessa, but in fact he does nothing useful. The problem is that MP Leonov is from the 135th district (Primorsky district of Odesa), where Megaline is now actively "operating". Odessa residents plan to appeal to the "Servant of the People" party and personally to President Zelensky, as the residents of the Gagarinsky Plateau have already done against the construction of "UnityTowers". Also, people plan to ask Mayor Trukhanov whether he is aware of the events taking place on the coast.
If earlier the beaches in Odessa were destroyed by Kievans, Muscovites, and even local "oligarchs", now the Germans have also joined in. We follow the course of events.
