On December 1, a grandiose large-scale study was completed in Ukraine - the Second National Rating of Influence "Elite of Ukraine", conducted by the International Expert Club and rating agency ElitExpert. Its result was 24 ratings of influential persons from each region of the country, and a national hundred of key figures of the state.
Dnipropetrovsk region is one of the leading regions in Ukraine. This is a self-sufficient region with a powerful industrial and scientific potential, where big money is made. In addition, this is the family of many famous politicians, oligarchs and owners of large businesses. Immigrants from the Dnipropetrovsk region have an impact on socially significant and political processes not only in the region, but also in Ukraine as a whole. The representative of this region is the current president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky.
After analyzing the situation, the experts chose two dozen of the most influential people of Dnipropetrovsk region.
The leader of the rating was the oligarch, co-owner of the "Privat" group - Igor Kolomoisky.
He is followed by the mayor of Dnipro with six years of experience - Boris Filatov, who in an hour improved his position, moving from the seventh line of the rating to the second.
The billionaire, co-owner of the Privat group, is in third place Gennady Bogolyubov. The fourth is the co-founder of Monobank, an IT guru Dmitry Dubilet. The five leaders are rounded out by an entrepreneur and a politician Zagid Krasnov.
The next five lines were "captured" by big businessmen. Yes, the CEO of Fozzy Group is in sixth place in the rating Vladimir Costelman, on the seventh – partner Dubilet, co-founder of Monobank Oleg Gorokhovsky, on the eighth is the creator of the People.ai company Oleg Roginsky, ninth place is occupied by the co-owner of a large pharmaceutical business - the company "BaDM" Alexander Dityatkovsky and the TOP-10 is closed by the founder and head of the supervisory board of the agricultural holding Ristone Holdings Vadim Nesterenko.
The owner of the Biosphere Corporation was also included in the list of the most influential people of the Dnipropetrovsk region Andrey Zdesenko, businessman and ex-head of the UKROP party Gennady Korban (former partner of Kolomoisky), entrepreneur and founder of the international charity fund "Solidarnost" Alexander Petrovsky. On the 14th line is the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional state administration Valentin Reznichenko.
The chief rabbi of the city of Dnipro and the Dnipropetrovsk region was in 15th place this year Shmuel Kaminetsky.
