One of the leaders of the Izmail patrol police, deputy chief Ivan M., borrowed $300 from his colleagues and business acquaintances over the past six months, and then disappeared. This is reported by the regional publication «Bessarabia INFORM".
The policeman took the money for the alleged purchase and subsequent profitable resale of the grain crop, promising creditors a good income.
Given the position and status of a patrol police officer, no one thought that they could be deceived. However, when over time he began to avoid his creditors, suspicions began to creep in. It turned out that the deputy chief of the patrol police took the money from more than one person, and the crop that he promised to buy and resell does not exist.
Ivan Mytkin made an even more strange concession in the middle of the current week. On Thursday, it became known that the apartment that the deputy patrol police officer Izmail was renting with his colleagues was robbed.

The patrolmen, returning from their shift, found the door of the apartment open, a mess inside, as well as the absence of a large sum of money and a trauma pistol that belonged to one of the tenants. The police began searching for the intruder and tracked down his colleague. It turned out that the lock of the apartment was not opened, but was opened with a key. Also, in the possession of the law enforcement officers was a recording from a video surveillance camera, which shows how Ivan M. enters the entrance of the house at about the time when the theft was committed, and then quickly leaves.
On Friday evening, the policeman went to his family in Odessa for the weekend, but already on Saturday he stopped communicating and removed himself from all working groups. At the moment, his whereabouts are unknown.
