Ukraine has officially invited a meeting with representatives of the top leadership of the Russian Federation and all participating countries of the Vienna Document of the OSCE. This was reported by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmitry Kuleba.
"Russia did not respond to our request regarding the Vienna document. We are taking the next step. "Ukraine is convening a meeting with the Russian Federation and all participating states within the next 48 hours to discuss the strengthening and movement of Russian troops along our border and in temporarily occupied Crimea," the minister said. He emphasized that the meeting should take place within 48 hours, starting at 20:30 Kyiv time on February 13.
"If Russia is serious about its words about the indivisibility of security in the OSCE area, it must fulfill its obligations on military transparency to reduce tension and strengthen security for all participating states," added the Foreign Minister.
Currently, Russia has not yet responded to Ukraine's initiative.
