The budget committee of the Verkhovna Rada has presented the norms of money expenses for people's deputies for 2021.
According to the document, each member of the Verkhovna Rada next year will receive:
- UAH 90 for travel compensation in Ukraine
- UAH 1500 for stationery
- UAH 4890 for telephone calls
- UAH 8000 for business trips of assistant consultants to election districts
- UAH 670 for conducting and organizing meetings of the people's deputy with voters
- UAH 237 for housing rent compensation or hotel room rent.
In total, each deputy will cost the state 342 UAH per hour. There are 310 parliamentarians in the Council, and 450 million 154 thousand 039 UAH will be allocated for them from the budget.
It is interesting that people's deputies who have their own housing in Kyiv will also receive compensation for housing rent.
