During FOPov protest actions Clashes began in the center of Kyiv between protesters and law enforcement officers.
Entrepreneurs who demand that the authorities do not prohibit their work during the January lockdown and do not introduce mandatory cash registers, have come from the Office of the President to Independence Square. They stopped there, the leader of the "SaveFOP" organization announced the installation of a tent camp.
"I call on everyone to take decisive action," he said.
A car with tents was parked nearby, the protesters began to unload them, but the police tried to stop them. They began to take away tents and blocked access to the car. Protesters approached the car to unlock it, a fight began. There were fewer law enforcement officers than protesters, so the unloading of tents for setting up the town continued.
However, later the police managed to take away the protesters' tents. Security forces were drawn to the center of the capital. Clashes between the police and the protesters continued. The police sprayed gas.
