The Central Bureau of Investigation reported the suspicion to the head of the KSU Tupytskyi

The State Bureau of Investigation (GBR) reported suspicion to the head of the Constitutional Court (SC) Alexander Tupytskyi on two counts (declared false testimony and bribery of a witness).

The State Criminal Investigation Department said that Tupytskyi was accused of committing criminal offenses against justice, provided for in Part 2 of Art. 384, Art. 386 ("knowingly false testimony, connected with the artificial creation of defense evidence" and "bribery of a witness with the purpose of refusing to give testimony") of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The SGB also added that the head of the KSU continues to go to work in order to allegedly interfere with the establishment of the truth in the criminal case against him, the provision of documents by his subordinates at the request of the investigation and the appearance of persons subpoenaed by the investigator.

"After receiving the suspicion, the head of the KSU imitates its non-handover, failure to obtain the status of a suspect, by visiting the workplace," the SGB reported.

Note that Tupytsky was not allowed to go to work today.
