Since October 26, 100 administrative units will be assigned to the "red" level of epidemic danger in Ukraine, while now it is active in 68 cities and districts. The relevant decision was taken by the State Commission on T&E and Emergencies at its meeting on October 23.
As the Minister of Health Maksym Stepanov reported: "Not a single regional center fell into the "green" zone. And 100 administrative units are classified as "red".
In particular, two more cities - Rivne and Nikolaev - entered the "red" zone. Consequently, it will operate in 11 regional centers: Chernivtsi, Rivne, Khmelnytskyi, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Severodonetsk, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Sumy, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Ternopil.
437 administrative units fell into the "orange" level of epidemic danger, which is 37 more than last week. Thus, it will operate in 12 regional centers: Vinnytsia, Lutsk, Zhytomyr, Lviv, Dnipro, Kramatorsk, Uzhhorod, Zaporozhye, Odessa, Kherson, Cherkasy and Kyiv.
The "yellow" level of epidemic danger will apply in 53 administrative units. The "green" zone is established in 27 administrative units, while a week ago it was in 54 cities and districts.
We note that according to the latest data, 7517 new cases of coronavirus were registered in Ukraine per day - this is an anti-record number of new patients per day.
