In Ukraine, there is a minimal increase in COVID per hour

The situation is cautiously optimistic.

296 new cases of the COVID-19 coronavirus were detected in Ukraine over the past day. This is the minimum increase over the last hour. The indicator has decreased for the fifth day in a row, the Ministry of Health reports on the morning of Tuesday, June 22.

"Among the sick: children - 22, medical workers - 2. Also for the past day: hospitalized - 318 people; fatal cases – 21; 829 people have recovered," the message says.

Over the past day, the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Kyiv (87), Zaporozhye (30), Chernihiv (19), Nikolaev (18), and Chernivtsi (18) regions.

In total, during the period of the pandemic in Ukraine, 2 people fell ill, 230 infected people recovered, and 142 people died.

The day before, the WHO also announced the decline of COVID-19 - the number of people infected with the coronavirus is decreasing all over the world. But six people are still dying from this infection every minute, so victory over the pandemic is still a long way off.
