Since April 6, Ukrainians began to receive new questions in exams for obtaining a driver's license
Many students failed the first part of the exam, as questions from categories "C" (trucks) and "D" (buses) suddenly appeared in the tickets for the most popular category "B", the publication writes Country.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs made changes to the examination tickets in the following topics: traffic rules, the design and operation of vehicles, the basics of safe driving, the basics of law in the field of traffic and the provision of first aid.
So, the following questions appeared in category "B" tests:
Does the trolleybus driver have the right to sell tickets to passengers while driving?
How much time is allowed to rest on the road for drivers of large trucks or buses?
At what age is a driver allowed to transport organized convoys of children, and what is the minimum driving experience required for this?
At what age can children ride buses independently? And on intercity buses?
The exam also included questions about how a bus driver should act in a particular situation on the road. At the same time, on the site of GreenWay online tickets, which are used by Ukrainian driving schools, these questions are marked as belonging to the "D" category.
In addition, according to the data of category "B" applicants, the question "What should be the experience of a minibus driver who transports groups of children?" was asked in the exam. In online simulators, it belongs to the "D" category.
There was also a question about the age of children that drivers of intercity buses can transport without the support of adults.
The exam is considered not passed if:
- the examinee did not manage in 20 minutes,
- three mistakes were made,
- "hints" were used when answering: telephone, literature or other electronic devices.
The result of successfully passing the exam is valid for 3 months, after which, if the student was unable to pass the driving test, the theoretical exam will be rescheduled after 5 calendar days.
Students of driving schools are sure that in this way they are simply being provoked into taking bribes.
