Restrictions on the number of attempts to pass practical tests for obtaining a driver's license have been abolished from August 1.
Within a year after completing studies at a driving school and receiving a certificate of theoretical training, the candidate must:
- An unlimited number of attempts to pass the theoretical exam.
- An unlimited number of attempts within two years from the date of issuance of the certificate of completion of practical training for passing the practical exam.
The interval between passing theoretical or practical exams (in case of unsuccessful passing) is at least 10 calendar days.
The result of a successfully passed theoretical exam will be valid for one year, and the practical exam will be valid for two years.
Also, the practical test exam paper has been updated, which clearly defines common mistakes and criteria for assessing the ability of a candidate for the right to obtain a driver's license.
