Experts from the world's most authoritative restaurant guide, Michelin, began working in Ukraine and are actively inspecting restaurants. They have already visited Kyiv and Odessa.
Let us remind you that Michelin is the most famous and influential of the restaurant ratings that have been issued since 1900. Representatives evaluate establishments with the help of stars:
* – very good restaurant in its category
** – a plus to this is excellent cuisine
*** – a plus to this is the excellent work of the chef.
It is considered very honorable to receive at least one Michelin star.
According to the Ambassador of Ukraine to France Vadym Omelchenko, the Michelin expert group is very interested in our country. He emphasized that France is an international gastronomic platform, where many festivals take place, in which Ukraine practically did not participate. But now our country is already registered for all culinary sites.
In addition, the ambassador added that representatives of the popular Vins & Gastronomie magazine want to visit Ukraine and dedicate one of the editions to it.
