On the morning of August 4, near the residential complex on 5/2 Gagarinskoe Plateau Street, a conflict broke out between the residents of the house and the authorities, who intended to forcibly demolish the gate and the barrier at the entrance to the residential complex.
Residents actively oppose this, as the demolition of the gate and barrier will turn the residential area of the residential complex into a busy highway. Several dozen employees of the "Municipal Guard", who arrived on two buses, tried to secure the territory for future dismantling by the services of the city council.
In turn, the residents of the house, who previously repeatedly reported to the authorities about the illegality of driving through their home territory, refused to move away from the gate and barrier. Several skirmishes took place, gas canisters were used. On the side of the tenants, the Samson security company, which ensures public order on the territory of the residential complex, came forward, and soon the security guards managed to push back the municipal officials, turning the situation in favor of the residents of the house.
Then the chairman of the Primorsky District Administration Marat Korolev arrived at the scene of the incident, as well as the police. As a result, the parties agreed on a compromise. The gate and the barrier remained in place, and OSMD "Gagarynskoe plateau 5/2" will prepare documents for the territory of the home for consideration by the Primorsky District Administration.
