After yesterday storming of the Council to the participants of the SaveFOP rally, the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, Ruslan Stefanchuk, assured that the FOPs would not be fined for not having cash registers. At least until the end of 2022.
According to the Speaker of the Parliament, the relevant draft law was proposed by the head of the Council's Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, Daniil Hetmantsev.
"Today, by the end of the day, a corresponding draft law will be submitted, according to which by the end of this year, fines will not be paid to persons who have not established PRO, provided that they establish them," Stefanchuk said.
It should be noted that for the second day already the protest action of FOPs with the demand to cancel the mandatory installation of cash registers continues in front of the Verkhovna Rada.
