The higher anti-corruption court seized the property of the utility company "Odesa International Airport". About this the press service of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office.
At the request of the NABU detectives, approved by the SAP prosecutor, the investigating judge of the State Criminal Investigation Department imposed an arrest with deprivation of the right to alienate and dispose of property in criminal proceedings regarding the illegal seizure of the KP "Odesa International Airport" and UAH 2,5 billion of income from its activities.
It is noted that the following were arrested by court decision:
- the old terminal building and airport property in the amount of 2488 units;
- corporate rights of "Odesa Airport Development" LLC, namely 75% of the rights to "Odesa International Airport" LLC;
- premises of the new terminal with a total area of 26,7 thousand square meters.
On August 29, NABU and SAP announced the disclosure of the group that took over the property of "Odesa International Airport" worth 118 million UAH and the income from its activities during 2012-2022 in the amount of more than 2,5 billion UAH.
