She turned to our editorial office Olena Osipova, a member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine in the Odesa region, who currently works as a psychologist at a sports school in Poland, with children who left Ukraine and is engaged in volunteering.
Through our publication, Mrs. Olena appeals to charitable foundations and volunteer organizations with a request for help for children who left for Poland because of the war.
"Before the start of the school year, our children need school backpacks, school stationery, sports uniforms and books in the Ukrainian language. Also, for computer class equipment, laptops and tablets are needed, maybe not new ones. We really need your help. I thank everyone in advance, peace and victory to us," said Olena Osypova.
During her stay in Poland, Olena Osypova and other teachers work and support children from Ukraine. During the summer vacation, the children visited many excursions, took part in sports competitions and got to know Poland. Even in times of war, it is important to preserve childhood.
