Autumn sowing, the most difficult in the entire history of independent Ukraine, has begun.
This year, farmers are sowing: winter wheat and barley on an area of 760 hectares; rye on a plot of 000 hectares; winter rape on an area of 500 hectares.
"Today, in this most difficult time for our country, agrarians have a strategic mission to provide Ukraine with food in full. You are an army that will be able to withstand, you are our hope, and you are the basis of the economic development of the state," said Alla Stoyanova, director of the regional department of agrarian policy, food and land relations.
