Under the procedural guidance of special prosecutors in the field of defense of the Southern region, within the framework of criminal proceedings based on the facts of the groundless exclusion of more than 900 reserve officers from military records, last week more than 30 searches were conducted in the Territorial centers of recruitment and social support of Odesa, Mykolaiv, Vinnytsia, Kirovohrad and Kherson regions. Suspicion of abuse of influence and illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine was reported to the head of the department of accounting for mobilization work - the deputy head of the Second Department of the Bolgrad RTCC and the SP of Odesa region and the chief specialist of this department (Part 2 of Article 369-2, Part 3 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, they received an illegal benefit in the amount of 5000 US dollars for producing and issuing to the man military registration documents declaring him unfit for military service. These documents grant the right to cross the state border of Ukraine.
In addition, it was reported that a citizen who, for $8500, offered a conscript a postponement of conscription for military service for mobilization, was suspected of receiving an illegal benefit.
It was also reported that three servicemen of the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers were suspected of disobedience (Part 4 of Article 402 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). They refused to comply with the orders of the command to withdraw as part of combat brigades to the areas of hostilities.
As part of the criminal proceedings initiated on the facts of illegal enrichment during the martial law period (Article 368-5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) of the deputy head of the Odesa regional TCC and the deputy of the local council - a military serviceman of the Third Department of the Odesa RTCC and the SP of the Odesa region, 12 searches were conducted, based on the results of which a report was prepared a petition for seizure of immovable and movable property acquired illegally.
In addition, 14 protocols on the commission of military administrative offenses provided for by Art. 172-15 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (negligent attitude to military service).
Pre-trial investigations in criminal proceedings are carried out by investigators of the SBI and the National Police of Ukraine.
