At the XVI session of the Odesa City Council, during the session, it was decided that condominiums and condominiums will now be able to receive compensation of 70% of the cost of generators.
The essence of the program is simple - the condominium buys a generator, then applies to the district administration with all checks and documents and receives compensation of 70% of the cost.
With that kind of money, you can buy a generator that will power the boiler room, water pumps, and possibly an elevator. It will also be enough for residents to charge their phones.

What documents are required for this?
- Application for partial reimbursement of the cost of the device;
- a certified copy of an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations;
- a copy of the protocol of the co-owners of the multi-apartment building on the selection of the managing building (submitted by the Manager in the event that the building does not have a condominium/residential complex);
- a certified copy of the invoice for the purchase of the device.
Please note that the house receives compensation of 70% of the value (but no more than 100 thousand hryvnias per house).
