Minister of Justice Denys Malyuska reported on his Facebook page that one of the next lots of the "big prison sale" will be colony No. 51 in Odessa.
"At the launch of the Big Prison Sale, they asked what would be the next lot after the facility in Kotsiubinsky? We answer: there are several almost ready lots at once. Here is one of them:
Colony 51, located in the city of Odesa, at Lustdorfskaya road, 9
land area: 5,983 ha
built-up area: 14 m482
distance to the center: 4 km
distance to the sea: 3,5 km.
The minister reminded that this colony suffered serious damage in May 2019 during a convict riot, when it was set on fire. Because of the fire, most of the buildings became unusable.
