The leaders of the world's largest economies adopted a joint declaration calling for an end to the conflict in Ukraine.
The G20 group agreed on a joint statement condemning Russia's military aggression against Ukraine. About it on November 16 reported Reuters agency with reference to three diplomatic sources.
Interlocutors of the agency confirmed that the declaration was supported by all G20 participating countries.
According to a member of the German delegation, the text of the project, which was at the disposal of the mass media on November 15, remained unchanged. It states that "the majority of member states strongly condemn the war in Ukraine and note that it is causing enormous suffering and worsening existing problems in the global economy."
At the same time, the document mentions "difference of views regarding the situation and sanctions." It also emphasizes the importance of international law and the inadmissibility of nuclear threats.
In addition, the leaders welcome the continuation of the "grain corridor" through the Black Sea.
