The accused in the intentional murder of Sergei Sternenko will be tried in Odessa - the Supreme Court of Ukraine refused to transfer his case to Kyiv.
The activist himself announced this on his Facebook page.
Sternenko believes that in this way they are trying to fabricate the case. he also added that the full text of the Supreme Court's decision is not yet available.
It will be recalled that earlier the Primorsky Court of Odesa granted the petition of Sternenko's defense to remove the servants of Themis. The activist's lawyer was satisfied with the court's decision and continued to insist on the transfer of the hearing of his client's case to Kyiv, but the case did not end successfully.
