What is known about Boris Voloshenkov
He has a higher education in the field of medicine, having graduated from the Odessa Medical Institute named after M.I. Pirogov in 1979. For his work, he received a number of awards and distinctions, in particular the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky III degree in 2013 and the Certificate of Honor of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in 2008.
He has many years of civil service experience, in particular in state security agencies. Since 2014, he worked in the Odesa Regional State Administration, first as an adviser to the Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service, then to the Bar Association and the Patronage Service. From 2021, he took the position of the first deputy head of the Odesa Regional State Administration under the head Serhii Hrynevetskyi. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, and the appointment of Maxim Marchenko as the head of the already military administration, Boris Voloshenkov continued to perform the duties of the first deputy.
