The State Commission on Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergency Situations has renewed danger zones in Ukraine due to the incidence of the coronavirus. This was reported by Oleg Nemchynov, Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The decision will take effect next Monday.
"Red" zone
This zone included: Zhytomyr, Uzhhorod, Ivano-Frankivsk, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi, Chernivtsi, Chernihiv.
It is allowed to extend the operation of public transport, shopping malls and shops. In Ivano-Frankivsk, Poltava, Kharkiv and Khmelnytskyi regions, you can work for schools, colleges, and universities.
In Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Poltava, Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi, Chernivtsi and Chernihiv regions, public catering establishments continue to operate.
In Zhytomyr, Odessa, Lugansk, Poltava, Cherkassy, Chernihiv regions, boarding of passengers in suburban, intercity, intra-regional and inter-regional transport is allowed.
"Orange" zone
This zone included: Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Lutsk, Dnipro, Avdeevka, Mukachevo, Zaporozhye, Belaya Tserkov, Kropyvnytskyi, Lysychansk, Lviv, Odessa, Gadyach, Ternopil, Kherson, Cherkassy.
Thus, Ternopil, which was in the "red" zone, fell into the "orange" zone.
According to the decision of the commission, almost all of Ukraine is in the "orange" zone.
Hostels, campsites, etc. are prohibited from operating in this zone (except for hotels); entertainment establishments, restaurants at night; planned hospitalizations in hospitals; gyms, fitness centers, except for those that accept visitors at the rate of one person per 10 square meters, established by culture; — reception of new changes in children's camps.
Also, mass events with the participation of more than 20 people, public catering establishments from 22:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. are prohibited.
"Yellow" zone
This zone included: the cities of Golaya Prystan, Kakhovka and Novaya Kakhovka.
It is prohibited to visit institutions of social protection in which there are people of advanced age, except for those that provide "crisis" services; holding mass events with the participation of more than 30 people, the operation of public catering establishments from 22:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
"Green" zone
This zone includes only the Gornostaevsky and Skadovsky districts of the Kherson region.
