Black snow fell in Halyche, Ivano-Frankivsk Region, near the Burshtynskaya TPP.

Black snow is seen here not for the first time. It is said that this is due to the fact that the cleaning filters are turned off at Burshtynskaya TPP at night.
At the station, they reject the blame. They say that the environmental inspection did not find anything. All power units are equipped with electrostatic precipitators, on which flue gas cleaning systems work.
Meanwhile, the head of the local community is going to appeal to the president, the Verkhovna Rada and the Cabinet of Ministers, so that the relevant commission will check and control if there is an excess of emissions of harmful substances into the air at the TPP and what are the working conditions of people at the station.
